Each Roundhouse was hand built in Wales and takes its design inspiration from traditional Yurts with the added advantage of insulation, log burner, kitchen & bathroom,all integrated into a 26ft open space that can sleep up to four people. Peaceful, romantic barn conversion in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner - get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Old Paper Mill was once the drying room for a Victorian paper Mill. It sits on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

There are 38 acres of grounds to explore plus a large lake .The Orangery Tea Room is on site serving breakfast & teas.

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings.
