This quaint retreat features a comfortable bed, a small seating area, kitchen, toilet & shower also a wood burner that keeps the space toasty at night. Outside, a wood-fired hot tub awaits, offering a relaxing soak with stunning views of nature. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat, our Shepherd's Hut provides an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Peaceful, romantic barn conversion in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner - get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Old Paper Mill was once the drying room for a Victorian paper Mill. It sits on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

At Wispy Meadows Luxury Holidays we currently have five shepherds huts and one lodge situated around the lake. We are an adult only site and welcome guests aged eighteen and over. Our huts will sleep two adults. Situated in a beautiful and peaceful location you will be able to get away from it all and relax. There is a private under cover hot tub (additional charge) which you may wish to bring extra towels if you wish to use. Free fishing on site please bring your own equipment and bait.

The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

The hut has a king size bed, wood burning stove and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a lovely area surrounded by trees complete with picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'relaxing. There are 38 acres of grounds to explore plus a large lake .The Orangery Tea Room is on site serving breakfast & teas.

A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available. We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings.
