The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

Two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Well behaved animals are welcome on the ground floor only and WIFI, bed linen and towels are included.

Attached to the main farm house, where we reside, the barn is surrounded by our beautiful if sometimes slightly overgrown gardens, allotments, and Shaun's amazing lawn. To one side, there is the ancient Stody church yard, with just the Saxon Tower remaining - so very quiet neighbours!
