One cozy bedroom plus an extra double bed/lounge in the front (a real bed with two quality mattresses, see pictures). In the middle of town, yet dreamy and quiet: look up from your bed into the crown of a tree 🌳, or enjoy stunning canal views from the steering cabin. Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Floating chalet with fantastic views

Enjoy our unique accommodation in a beautiful location with a fantastic view. You can enjoy the peace, the water and the view here. Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

Please read the advertisement carefully before booking. I would love to make you welcome in our wonderful home in Hoogedijk. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Vanuit deze ideaal gelegen accommodatie kun je allerlei activiteiten ondernemen, zoals varen, suppen, fietsen, zwemmen, wandelen, kanoën etc. Het boothuis ligt zeer centraal gelegen en de gezellige boulevard met zijn terrasjes en binnenstad van Harderwijk zijn op loopafstand. Ook het stadstrand is zeer dichtbij. In de woning aanwezig o.a. volledig uitgeruste keuken, tv, wifi, airco, bluetooth in de badkamer etc. Kortom, heerlijk genieten aan het water!

Een appartement met prachtig uitzicht over de Gouwzee. Op een rustige locatie langs de dijk op de 1e verdieping van een stolpboerderij uit 1880. Gelegen in katwoude tussen Monnickendam en Volendam, op loopafstand van de bushalte naar o.a Amsterdam. Het appartement heeft een eigen entree en ruimte om eventueel fietsen binnen te stallen. Op het ruime boerenerf zijn voldoende plekken om buiten te zitten en van de rust, ruimte en natuur te genieten.
