Electronic gated parking in the driveway We are 40 mins from NYC and 5 mins from downtown Stamford. We are close to everything with the feeling of staying in the country. My partner Gus and I are renting a few rooms all listed separately. We are pleased to offer our guests fine variety of cafe like Breakfast Blend, Frrench Vanilla and Hazelnut. close to Stony Brook University/ SB University Hospital/ L.I. Railroad station is a 10 minute walk from house; MacArthur airport - 25 minutes by car. My home is suitable for couples, solo adventures, and business travelers with use of a full size kitchen and laundry room. This room has a shared bathroom with locks on doors for your privacy. A claw foot bath tub with a shower spray. (a stall shower on the first floor if you like). Host lives in the home with his cat on a bucolic acre .
