Sleeping 4 on 2 full beds dressed with soft plush sheets. Rinse off after your day at the beach or pool in a shower/tub combo bath or a walk in shower. Kitchenette is equipped with counter height fridge, sink, Keurig, kettle & microwave. Catch the sunrise or sunset on your outside deck with water views. Southampton beach pass available!

This guest room is very quiet, perfect for a couple's getaway. The room is on the third floor, under the eaves of our historic mansion. You'll enjoy access to our in-ground seasonal swimming pool, landscaped grounds, free off-street parking, and large common areas inside our historic mansion to go with basic necessities like fast WiFi. We're a 7-minute walk to the top of Greenwich Avenue, and a 5-minute cab ride from the Greenwich Train Station. Please note that we do not have an elevator.
