Electronic gated parking in the driveway We are 40 mins from NYC and 5 mins from downtown Stamford. We are close to everything with the feeling of staying in the country. Idy's Place.(10 minutes away from JFK Airport )

This's a family house with plenty of spaces that one would live in peace and harmony. My place is for solo adventurer, and business traveler. It's very safe, cleaned, and organized. I would prefer someone that can maintain the place throughout his/her entire stay. Most importantly, a non smoker! My place is very to close Valley Stream, Floral Park and Jamaica train stations. And it's less than 15 minutes away from JFK airport by car without traffic.
