Hollis is a charming active farming community offering orchards,trails,art studios and a winery! Please note prior to booking: Apartment is accessed via a small grassy hill of 35 feet long, with a gentle 4-foot embankment. As such, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. We also have a no-pets policy.

Our studio apartment features a thoughtfully designed open-concept layout. Original post & beams add a rustic touch, perfectly complementing the contemporary decor and modern amenities. The studio uses a pump system for plumbing, which does make some noise but functions very well. The charming outdoor patio faces a historic barn built in the 1800s, providing a picturesque view.

Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house and cottage are situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. Also the acclaimed MacDowell Arts Center, Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art and the Waldorf Schools.

The home owners use the front doors and very seldom go into the back yard so it's almost like you're there alone.
