This safe, tastefully renovated loft style apt maintains stylish feel, lots of natural light, and is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Binghamton (walkable to all restaurants, stadiums, theatres and attractions). With an open floor concept, exposed brick, 1100 sq ft of living space and 12 ft ceilings, this space provides the feeling of history and luxury. The open concept kitchen, interior brick walls, large patio and original hardwood floors make this apartment one-of-a-kind.

Private Cabin and Pond Property

Enjoy our secluded cabin, pond, and picnic area with many acres to roam. Rest comes easy with the privacy and peaceful woodlands that is the setting of our family's newly refurbished vacation space. Up to two Cots available upon request (must bring your own bedding.) Comfortable space for up to 4 guests. Our cozy cabin is the perfect chance to unplug from the busyness of life, equipped with WiFi but very sparse cell reception. WiFi calling feature can be used for important connections.

The River House on the upper West Branch

Located right on the upper West branch of the Delaware River and just 1 mile from route 17 the "River house" is a fully restored and renovated 90 year old bright and open home. Great trout fishing or just relax and watch the water roll by from almost every window. The property includes 3 decks, one right at the rivers edge. The house is fully equipped to cook with spices and utensils. Keurig combo coffee pot and coffee. Bedrooms/ living room are all brand new furniture.

Cozy older home. Lots of space. Great outdoor patio space for entertaining. 10 mins from Binghamton. Quiet neighborhood. Fire pit in the back with chairs, grill and lots of board games for the family fun nights! Coffee bar, breakfast snacks It’s a must stay !! I do have an outdoor cat that likes to hang out on the patio, he is friendly and loves people.
