Welcome to the Cozy Casita! You will have this completely separate guesthouse ALL to yourself! Located in a peaceful and quiet suburban neighborhood. Relax in this calm, stylish guesthouse that is close to everything Denver and Boulder have to offer! This quiet space includes a king size bed, desk with office chair, full kitchen, dining nook, living area, bathroom and patio. Conveniently located only 20 minutes from downtown Denver, 20 minutes from Boulder, and 30 minutes from Red Rocks.

Victoria's Guest Suite

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

Come stay in our charming studio apartment in Old Town Lafayette. The detached studio apartment is located above our garage in the back of our of corner lot. Arrive through your own private entrance greeted by warm sun and relaxing cozy living space to call your own. Located one block off Public (Lafayette’s Main St.) this area has much to offer just steps away. Lafayette is known for its art culture with many studios, restaurants, breweries and antique shops within walking distance.

Stay in an inviting open floor plan with private Single, Queen and King size bedrooms! The home has a fully stocked kitchen, books, a large backyard and a fire pit area to enjoy with your friends and family. You'll be 15 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from Eldora Ski area! Each room also has a TV with Amazon fire sticks. It is a pet friendly home but I have HEPA air filters upon your request. I grow a garden from May - September! Broomfield License #2022-10

Host lives below in fully separate lower unit (with separate entrance in back). Safe area & quiet neighborhood. 420 friendly back deck.
