Kuća nudi dvije udobne spavaće sobe sa kupaonom,dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i prekrasan vanjski prostor sa roštiljem na plin i sa grijanim, masažnim bazenom. The only apartment in our house with full privacy. It's a newly renovated and fully equipped two bedroom apartment with a modern open-space design with a unique high wooden ceiling. The parking is free and located in front of your apartment. The apartment has 80 m2 which will ensure a very comfortable stay. It's located in a typical quiet Istrian village only 5 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes from the famous Aquapark Istralandia. The Quattro Terre MTB trail goes through the village.

Miran ambijent okružen prirodom udaljen od mora 5 km. Kamena kuća sa hrastovim namještajem na 3 etaže, sa velikim otvorenim prostorima. S prekrasnim pogledom na more i Alpe. U neposrednoj blizini vlasnici imaju proizvodnju sira pa se mogu degustirati različiti autohtoni sirevi. Također na livadama u blizini mogu se vidjeti ovce kako pasu. Udaljenost od grada garantira mir i slobodu. Idealno za obitelji, bicikliste i sve one koji uživaju u prirodi. Gosti imaju 30% popust na ulaznicu u aquapark.

You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
