It offers 79 m² of living space and features two spacious terraces, each 25 m². The front terrace boasts a beautiful sea view, while the covered side terrace includes a relaxing hot tub and dining place too. Both terraces are furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Milna is the perfect place to stay on the island as it is a 10 min drive from the town of Hvar but still offers you the ability to have a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The house is seafront and the sea is only 10 metres (32ft) away from the apartments. The only thing separating the house from the sea is a small road and rocks that are good for swimming. However, if you do prefer pebble beaches there is one that is 5 minute walk away from the house.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

Our house is situated in west part of the town,close to the famous beaches,Hulla-hulla,Falco beach,Amfora beach. To the beaches you have 6 minutes walking,and to the center of the town 15-20 minutes slow walk.
