Beau studio lumineux et au calme dans une maison familiale juste en dehors de Bxl mais proche des transports publiques (15' à pied). Resto's, supermarché, coiffeur, pharmacie ,... à proximité (<1km) Place de parking privative. Possibilité de profiter d'un espace au jardin avec une table et 2 chaises. notre femme de ménage passe tous les vendredis. Si vous le souhaitez, elle peut nettoyer le studio et changer les draps et le La piscine est à louer (avec supplement) en fonction des disponibilités.

Entièrement rénové , il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour réussi, d’une terrasse privative et meublée, et d’une vue à couper le souffle qui promet un dépaysement instantané ! Onze accommodatie omvat een chalet voor 5 personen (1 kingsize bed & 3 eenpersoonsbedden), een familietipi voor 5 personen, een poolhouse, een ruime tuin, een verwarmd privézwembad en een ontspannende jacuzzi. Ons chalet ligt vlak bij het station van Waterloo, de Leeuw van Waterloo, winkelstraten, bars en restaurants. In de winter wordt het poolhouse afgesloten met screens en verwarmd, net als de familietipi. Het is de ideale plek voor koppels, gezinnen en voor elk evenement in zomer en winter!

Accès à la piscine partagée (10h>18h) et chauffée (mai à fin sept : temp. de l’eau 28). Whoopy, notre chienne, est la gardienne du domaine. Elle se balade à son gré dans le jardin. Elle en impose visuellement mais elle est très gentille avec nos voyageurs qui la saluent et l’aiment aussi.
