It is a brand new modern apartment with a balcony located in central Old Town just a few steps away from all the cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants. It is a quiet area and it is also very safe as it has a police station downstairs. Pets are alllowed!

One of my dearest personal projects! This lovely one bedroom apartment is set on one of the most important boulevards in the heart of Bucharest- Calea Victoriei. It bears a lot of history, that i wanted to keep and revive. As i do in all my apartments, i kept the beautiful wooden floor, that was laid down using a technique which is not used anymore and one more element that i let you discover.That will tell you a bit about the women who lived there. Everything else has been changed completely.

The subway is near the building, and the Old Town is within 3 minutes walking distance. Our apartment is often booked by photographers for their photo sessions. Therefore I have now a place to share with you: 'Marvelous View & Terrace’! Indeed still stepping again on the terrace I feel lucky having this view towards Cismigiu Park, House of Parliament and National Cathedral, seeing sometimes stunning sundowns as in Santorini or Ibiza make this flat unique!
