Tingewick Barn is situated in the middle of a beautiful farm and stunning countryside, completely undisturbed. The property enjoys countryside views and is an amazing place for spotting wildlife, as well as our own farm animals. Boasting the best of both worlds, whilst with its rural location, we are just over 5 miles away from Silverstone circuit, 5 min drive into Buckingham town center, 15 mins from Bicester Village, 30 mins from both Milton Keynes & Oxford and an hour from London by train.

Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained country cottage in Sarratt - providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. We provide high end accommodation for 2 adults in an area which has plenty to offer in the heart of the stunning Chess Valley. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED IT WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY.

A stunning converted stable from the 1700s, set in the picturesque village of Brill, Buckinghamshire, known for its restored windmill. This spacious hideaway, retaining original stable dividers, exudes charm with an inviting, open layout. Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.
