Delightful 1-bedroom detached annex in the grounds of an 1895 Rothschild house. Situated in the historic conservation area of Tring, the property has beautiful views of Tring Park and is situated a few minutes' walk from the town centre, restaurants and bars. Only 1 mile from Tring station. Trains run 3 times an hour, direct to Euston in 40 minutes. The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

Nestled in the heart of the Chiltern Hills, Applewood Cottage offers the perfect retreat for those looking to explore the surrounding areas of outstanding natural beauty. The house and it's surrounding areas are well situated for visiting cyclists, walkers and families who want a rural escape. A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

Stunning One Bedroom Annex

The annex is very cosy with free parking on front drive. The bedroom has ensuite and there is a separate living room with a very comfy sofa. There is a garden and outside dining table and gazebo area at the bottom ideal for smokers. Our house has the 'Loudwater' sign right outside our house if you don't see the number 9 in the dark. We are also directly opposite Thanestead Court. Our place is just off junction 3 High Wycombe East from M40 so a great location to get to locations.

My Studio Apartment is bright and airy perfect loft style living in the Historic Market town of Berkhamsted. The Studio is equidistant between town and country, Berkhamsted Golf Club is just over 5 mins walk away, whilst the the High St with an abundance of stylish coffee shops, boutiques & restaurants a 12 min walk.
