The hot tub is for your private use. A third person can be accommodated with an inflatable bed and extra $20 charge

This lock-off suite is a great space for your mountain getaway! You'll have your own private entrance (up a flight of stairs on the back of the private residence) & a keycode door. Once inside, you'll enjoy a spacious 1 BR/1BA suite, including a living space appointed with table, sleeper sofa, & kitchenette. Walk right out the door to public trails-just steps from the Arkansas River, a very short walk to the South Main development, & walkable to Main St. This space has it all! (except a TV :))

The Fox Den is a small-but-cute suite in S. Main next to the bouldering park. It faces an actual fox den—which is how it got its name. It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. You'll also be just a block from the South Main Square and a short stroll from the shops and restaurants of downtown BV. This is a small studio space with everything you need! Attached to the main house but completely private, you have a fully stocked kitchen and private bath and entrance. A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations. Two small children will fit on the futon, but four full-size people would require you to utilize a twin air mattress we can provide. If you are looking for affordable and comfortable in BV, this is the spot for you! Basic but cozy and clean!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bath home is just one block south of Main Street and a few blocks west of the Arkansas River. The bungalow has just the basics for those looking to unplug for a bit. This affordable option was originally built as railroad worker housing, and I bought it as a raft guide/teacher over 15 years ago, and used it as my first home and base for adventure. Now I love sharing it with others. Rustic and affordable- for those who don't need fancy, but like being close to town

Not to mention The Yurt's fire pit & charcoal grill for a camp cooking experience! Climate controlled with 3 infrared heaters & A/C mini-split.. No pets are allowed due to the yurts canvas construction.
