Center island in large kitchen can seat 5. This unit has lovely hardwood floors on the main level, gas fireplace, full kitchen, two dishwashers, full size washer and dryer, custom walnut cabinetry, soaring ceilings with exposed rafters, exposed brickwork on exterior walls, and many interesting details.

The main level bathroom has a roll-in shower. Kitchen and laundry appliances are ADA-compliant. Center island has 4 barstools and large custom dining table seats 6.
