No kitchens; however, each one has a coffee bar w/ mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Each suite has its own private boardwalk entrance to ensure privacy. Guests should be aware of 3 short sets of stairs to get up to the top floor and there is limited leg room in the restroom for extremely long-legged persons (manuverable but worth noting).
