Jacuzzi Suites are the size of a hotel room with the privacy of a woodsy cabin. Our suites the perfect way to spend a romantic getaway. Each suite has a queen pillow-top bed, a sitting area, a Jacuzzi for two and a small deck with a stunning view of Beaver Lake. No kitchens; however, each one has a coffee bar w/ mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Each suite has its own private boardwalk entrance to ensure privacy. We have 3 suites attached to the office building. No pets allowed in the suites.

The Ozark King is a super cute, attic-like suite situated on the top floor of a 1920s Victorian home. It has a private entrance with a king bed, fireplace and romantic jacuzzi tub for two. It offers a snack and coffee station with mini fridge & microwave. There are no shared indoor spaces with other guests. Guests should be aware of 3 short sets of stairs to get up to the top floor and there is limited leg room in the restroom for extremely long-legged persons (manuverable but worth noting).

The king room is our smaller economical option at 220 sq. ft. It's made for travelers to save money and doesn't face the ocean. We also have 450 sq. ft. studios & oceanfront suites for just a bit more. We're a small historic boutique hotel in Fort Lauderdale Beach, 60 ft from the ocean. We have a rooftop terrace and 2nd fl terrace. We have free beach gear, free WiFi, and $10+tx/day parking for a small or midsize car. The main guest MUST be 25+ so families don't have to worry about parties.

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.

Please be aware there is a staircase to get to the suite. It is well lit and has sturdy handrails!
