There are often deer in the back yard, and at night you can see horses and carriages go by from the Arlington Hotel.> The renovation of the house to make it fun, cozy, and safe for our guests has been a labor of love. We welcome any visitors who will respect and enjoy the property!! We have a portable Pack and Play for toddlers! We love children! The dining area faces the Park, and the TV room is between that and the kitchen!

The Hill's Bungalow, a wonderfully charming casita with a separate private entrance and parking. Walk out in the morning, watch the sunrise and sit on the private back porch for sunset. Custom finishing's and large windows opens to a gourmet kitchen/ large common room, a half bath, 50" TV and high speed wifi. A sleep number king bed with a lavish full bath, makes relaxing easy. Walking to hiking trails, a 2 minute drive to FH downtown, 10 minutes to Scottsdale, or 35 minutes to Sky Harbor.

It is 900 square feet featuring an open concept, large kitchen and large bedroom with a king sized bed! The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away! Two street bikes are provided by us for your convenience. Message us about bringing a pet and we will consider them.
