Welcome to Lexi's Beach Loft. The Apartment is right across the street from the beach and features vaulted ceilings in the living area, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a loft. Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch the sunrise from the loft area. The beach is a quick 250 yard stroll. It is on the non driving section of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.

Highly desired 2 bedroom unit. This property is ground level and directly oceanfront. Flat style layout not a townhouse, there are two steps to the front door but otherwise no stairs.
