If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

De Mast bij fort Vechten,boerderij,gelegen in de vruchtbare streek bij de Kromme Rijn, vlakbij Utrecht voor 1 -7 personen Ultiem genieten van alles wat het boerenleven te bieden heeft. Vanuit de boerderij heb je alle kanten op een vrij uitzicht over de landerijen. Grote eiken staan naast het pad met een heerlijk groot terras met loungebank exclusief voor de gasten. Je kan genieten van de rust, maar ook o.a.: wandelen, fietsen, met een kano de Kromme Rijn af of flaneren langs Utrechtse grachten.

Our house is situated in a small Hamlet - within walking distances: Restaurant Vroeg, country estate Rhijnauwen with its special flora and fauna wonderful for walks through small forests and along a winding river and other recreational activities our windows you overlook orchards and meadows. Yet, a bus stop at the door takes to you to centre of Utrecht with its canals, pubs and historic Dome in 10 minutes. My space is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

De studio staat in een rustige woonwijk en heeft een afgeschermde privé tuin, volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine, interactieve TV, WiFi en stortdouche.

We hebben achter op ons terrein, 50 meter achter ons huis en onze privé tennisbaan, een vrijstaand guesthouse. Perfecte locatie voor bezoek aan Utrecht en Amsterdam (10 en 40 minuten met de trein, en het station is op loopafstand). Ook ideaal voor fiets en wandeltochten want we zitten aan het Nationaal Park “Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. De huur is incl. max. 2 uur (per dag) gebruik van onze tennisbaan. Van te voren even aangeven als je wil tennissen. Fietsen kun je hier veilig stallen.

Lunetten train station is also conveniently located within 1.6 km. Nestled between the twin forests of Amelisweerd and Nieuw Wulven, it affords excellent opportunities for hiking, running, boating, or cycling through the vast network of trails and nature. Perfect for a couple or family!

The apartment is the upper floor (35m2) in a historic house (1930's) . Your private space consists of 2 rooms, bathroom and walk-in cupboard. You can sleep in separate rooms if you wish. There is a kitchenette (stove, microwave, fridge). Parking space in front of house, free in weekends and free during week at Vulcanusdreef, 5 min walk. I live in the other part of the house. The house is located 10 minutes from centre by bike, 25 minutes walking. Towels are present.
