The house is located near the famous beach of Agia Paraskevi and next to private beach (20m by foot) for unique summer vacations. The private beach is full of sea creatures (fishes etc). In 300 meters you will find all the seaside restaurants from Constanta Port or the pubs from Constanta Old City Centre. Nearby you can also find pharmacies, banks, pastry shops.
