Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.

One-bedroom apartment with two balconies in closed complex Pearl, on 6th floor with elevator. Walking distance to the beach and the sea garden. Suitable for families-2 adults and 2 children maximum. The kitchen is full equipped. Near the bus stop, hospital, supermarket. In close proximity to the new children's hospital “St. Anastasia”. The complex has a swimming pool and children playground, which you can use for free.
