A traditional 130 yr old home right in the middle of the heritage district of downtown Carbonear. Our home offers a colourful kitsch twist on traditional downhome finishings. Enjoy lazy summer days in the yard watching the ocean or evenings around the fire. Across the street from the ocean it's a minutes walk to the supermarket, the beach, the best local restaurants and bars, museums and hikes around the harbour Only a 15 minute drive to one of Newfoundland's best beaches, Salmon Cove beach.

The Murphy Cottage

The Murphy Cottage was built in the 1970s and has been a place to gather in Brigus South for decades. This restored, quaint cabin nestled amongst the trees and directly on the water is perfect whether you are looking for a romantic getaway for two, planning a friends weekend, or taking the family on a road trip. The Murphy Cottage has everything you need for a rural escape and is only 55 minutes from St. John's. Up for some adventure? The East Coast Trail network is a short 2 minute drive away.

Ice House Meadows Cottage

Sip your morning cup of tea while taking in the magnificent view of Cape Broyle Harbour. Spend the day exploring the beautiful outports along the Southern Shore. As evening falls, sit around a bonfire on the beach or stargaze from our stage-head. Then cuddle up for a good night’s sleep accompanied by the sound of the ocean’s lullaby. Seasonally swim at local swimming holes or go ice skating on a nearby pond, close to East Coast Trails, and the Ferryland lighthouse plus many more attractions!

The Cozy - In Chance Cove, Ocean Front Cottage

A cozy ocean side cottage, about an hour outside of St John's NL, you find this little piece of paradise where you can relax and enjoy amazing ocean views. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.

The Pigeon INNlet

Sitting on the hill of a small outport fishing community just 50 minutes south of St. John’s with breathtaking panoramic ocean views! Just a short walk down the hill you’ll have access to East Coast trails that take you north and south. Stroll around the cove to take in the scenic views or head to the island to get front row seats watching the locals fish and whales play! Be the first to watch the sun rise along the coast sipping your morning coffee or enjoy peaceful evenings on the deck!

Julia's Landing - Ocean view home in Dildo Harbour

Welcome to my traditional, 4 star, seaside vacation home, located in the beautiful Newfoundland town of Dildo, nearly 1 hour drive from St.John's. Infamous for its name, Dildo is the perfect location for exploring Trinity Bay and surrounding areas. This house has had many upgrades yet still retains it's character and charm. Dildo Craft Brewery & Museum, Dory Grill, gift shops & a large playground are very short walk. Anderson's cove is only 10 minutes walk from the house.
