The Annex is set in the 2 acre grounds of Coach House and offers a picturesque setting for all. Hamble river, with the Jolly Sailor Pub, you also have lots of restaurants and pubs close by to enjoy that perfect meal before heading back to relax in the hot tub. You also have the option to hire out a paddle board or inflatable rib to enjoy the river.

Pubs within a very short walk or just go crabbing on the river with the kids. Fairthorne Manor is within a few miles and caters for children to have adventure days in school hols, kayaking, climbing, archery and much much more allowing adults to relax.

Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.
