The Royal Alfred Marina is an exclusive waterfront complex, the ultimate holiday destination. A pool and entertainment area, along with an all weather tennis court and squash court, for the exclusive use of residents and guests, are situated close to the main entrance. The Marina is the safest place to be. Access is through a single access controlled gateway and is restricted to residents and guests. There is also a 24 hour security patrol. THE HOUSE HAS SOLAR.

"Summit House" is a big holiday home with spectacular 180 degree sea and river views. Its a 50m walk to the beach and lagoon of the Bushmans River in Kenton on Sea on the E Cape's sunshine coast, and a 5 min drive to the Kariga river lagoon and beach Its an hour's drive to the Addo elephant park and 15 mins to 2 big 5 reserves. The town has lots of restaurants, shops, medical and vet help The house has a comfortable deck, inside and outside dining spaces, and a large well equipped kitchen.

This historic house, one of the first built in Bushmans, is magnificently situated, right on the banks of the Bushman's River above the main swimming beach. Big windows and sliding doors leading out onto the large balcony, offer superb views of the river. From the balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets over the river, with the sound of the river lapping below you. It is an old house, but well kept and perfect for a relaxed seaside holiday. You can't get a better location than this.
