You may fish in the lake if you'd like, or take a ride in the paddle boat, or simply enjoy sitting on the porch listening to the birds. Chances are, you may spot wild turkey or whitetail deer scampering by.

However, the unit is completely remodeled and updated with stainless steel appliances, subway tiled kitchen, ceramic tile shower surround, and laminate vinyl plank throughout. A cool, quaint place!

It's on a quiet street just 2 blocks from uptown Oxford and a 10 minute walk to the center of campus. It's a great place for families or anyone who wants a clean place to call home during the summer months. It’s only available from late May through mid August each year and unfortunately never for graduation weekend.
