The toilet and sink are in a separate room. Our guests have not had an issue with the setup.

Each unit has its own full size washer and dryer. There is a balcony overlooking Spring Street to watch everyone go by. The owners live downstairs. Once you get into the building (one flight up), you have your own entrance.
