Mountain View Chalet @ Abby's Place

Imagine waking up to stunning views of the Chugach Mountains from your own private suite. This beautiful post-and-beam chalet offers panoramic mountain vistas and easy access to nearby attractions. The great room is the perfect place to gather, and the separate laundry room will make it easy to keep your clothes clean after a day's adventure. Each suite has its own private bathroom, so you can relax and enjoy the view in peace. When it's time for bed, fall asleep to the sights of the mountains.

The Barn House at Owens Acres

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our cozy, cute barn at the base of Lazy Mountain. Surrounded by stunning Mountain View’s and towering green trees this barn is sure to please as it is neatly tucked in to the back of our two acre property, sitting behind our beautiful log home. With a full kitchen, full couch and TV, king size bed, and washer and dryer in the bathroom, you are set to stay as long as you like and feel right at home while on your Alaskan vacation. The barn house is 640 square feet total.

Lazy Loon Cabin

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful lake front Cabin. Enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the view. This cabin is located in the perfect spot. A few minutes walk to the Butte trailhead. There is a reindeer farm down the street and a farm where you can pick some fresh produce as well. Plenty of hiking and fishing in the area. Unplug, unwind and kickback in our canvas style bell tents. Each tent is stylishly outfitted with a queen size bed, linens, rugs, stylish decor and other amenities. Only 45 minutes north of Anchorage, our location boasts incredible views with access to all things outdoor! Also perfect for micro weddings, retreats & small gatherings!

Forestlane Cottage 2

Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

Butte Bungalow

Take it easy at this sunny, unique and tranquil getaway. Adorable new construction Tiny House with stunning views in every direction. Comfortable for up to 3 people, the Bungalow is fully furnished, offers laundry, wifi, TV, full Kitchen, deck, BBQ. The Bungalow is located within minutes of local trails, 10 minutes from downtown Palmer and a short commute to Hatcher Pass with it's miles of trails and majestic views of the Matanuska Valley. (BBQ and firepit not available in winter)

It’s a great location for all that Butte, Alaska has to offer, including the famous Reindeer Farm just down the road. It’s a comfy studio with kitchenette and refrigerator. Perfect for an adventurous getaway in Alaska! PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A SECONDARY UPSTAIRS UNIT ABOVE THIS STUDIO.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

One-of-a-kind property in a one-of-a-kind place. This cozy, detached guesthouse that overlooks the Mat-Su Valley from iconic Lazy Mountain. Includes a huge new covered deck where you can enjoy the unobstructed views from the barrel sauna and hot-tub while protected from the elements. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, steam shower, full kitchen, open living room. Pull-out queen couch can sleep additional two guests. *Winter months, AWD is a must. Garage is not for guest use.

Cute, simple, studio home all to yourself

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Occasional moose sleep in the yard as additional guests. The legendary Valley wind rarely gets to this spot! The bike path is 100 yards away to Palmer or to the South Face of the Butte to climb. Longer stays available with cost savings, just ask. Booking window is opened up only 2 weeks ahead but ask for additional availability further ahead.
