The Chickadee Tiny House

The newly built Chickadee allows you to experience upscale tiny living within a stones throw of some popular local attractions. While we feel the Chickadee offers plenty of privacy from the inside you should make note that it is located in the middle of a neighborhood setting and the landscaping is still being worked on though won't be disruptive to your stay. Just under a mile from downtown Gorham 20 minutes to Portland Ski, swim, shop, eat, leaf peep, hike, the activities nearby are endless

Located in the majestic forest of mount agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

The Redbird Retreat

Quintessential Maine cabin on Bonny Eagle Pond! Come relax in this private, cozy cabin in beautiful Southern Maine. The cabin boasts private access to a 211-acre quiet body of water w/ a dock, along with kayaks, paddle boards, floats, seating and tables and more! The large yard offers two fire pits, yard games, outdoor dining and cooking. The cabin offers an enclosed porch, indoor dining, a full kitchen, a workspace with free Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds and is nestled in on a small private road.

The chalet sits beside our maple woods in Southern Maine. Upstairs queen suite TV, tea/coffee nook with books and games; first-floor cozy bedroom with full bed. One full bathroom. Open concept living room with full bed pull out couch option, dining area, all-season porch with electric fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer for guest use. Multiple wedding venues, restaurants, beaches and hospitals are less than 30 minutes away. Visit our maple sugar shack just down the road!

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Five miles to Gorham Center close to USM, 20 minutes to St. Josephs College on Sebago Lake, easy 30 minute drive to Portland, 12 miles to the PWM Jetport. Centrally located to many of Maine's finest breweries: Sebago Brewing, Mast Landing, Funky Bow, Nonsuch, Sea Dog, Barrel Souls, Bissell Brothers. Many local hiking trails including trails right here at our farm. Portland boasts of the finest restaurants in the state.
