Bright and Sunny Waterfront Hideaway

Kick back and relax in this stylish one-story hideaway! This calm and comfortable home has no clutter, only what you need. Nicely organized, impeccably cleaned. Perfect for two small families or for one larger family. Bedrooms have comfortable king beds. There's a bunk room for the kids with a TV. Incredible outdoor seating. Sunset views of Mount Diablo! Wine glasses are provided along with a complimentary bottle of wine / champagne to kick off your holiday! Come relax at the Hideaway!

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Originally settled in 1918 this heritage property, situated in Concord’s most coveted neighborhood boasts warm, old-world charm and timeless finishes while incorporating the modern amenities. Fully furnished & welcoming studio features a well-appointed kitchen, laundry and spa inspired bathroom. The adjoining patio is the perfect venue for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The incredible 1 acre lot, intersected by the spring-fed Galindo Creek has plentiful on-site parking!

Charming Tiny Home on Urban Farm

Welcome to a charming, custom tiny home surrounded by a small urban farm. The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. We look forward to welcoming you to enjoy our farm!

The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!
