Moab Rim Cabin is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom tiny home that sleeps 6, just a short drive from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Perfect for families, it offers a full kitchen, climate control, Wi-Fi, and a porch to enjoy desert mornings or starry nights. Sleep comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen in the loft, and a pull-out sofa. Oversized vehicle and trailer parking available on a first come, first serve basis. Not pet friendly, but ideal as your home base for Moab adventures.

It is located on a south-facing slope above the charming Moab Valley, 3 miles south of town. We're up on a hillside, so sunrises and sunsets are amazing! The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

Situated between the Mountains and the Valley, Crazy Woman Cottage has stunning views of the La Sal Mountains as well as Red Rock Vistas. This quiet neighborhood offers dark skies at night (think Milky Way), and BLM hiking and ancient Petroglyphs right out the back door. Located just 7 miles from downtown Moab. This 1 bedroom 1 bath, full kitchen cottage is located at Ballard RV Park, a small quiet park located off I-70 at exit 187, 35 miles from Moab. There is an Exxon/7-11 right at the exit. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. We are 10 miles north of some of the best & well preserved Dinosaur tracks in the world and close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Our houses have accumulated over 700 5 star reviews. Come enjoy some of the best that nature has to offer.

Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.
