We are located on 7 acres and enjoy raising our backyard chickens. Enjoy the outdoors on our walking trail to a small pond. There is one queen size bed and a bunkbed. The bunk has a twin size bed and a large toddler size bed on the bottom. This is our private guest suite with its own entrance and space but is part of a house so there are shared walls.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.
