Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. With a coffee bar, covered patio, treehouse, swing set, basketball goal, games/puzzles, and more, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
