Highlights: remodeled in 2018 with vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen, lake views galore, hundreds of feet of private shoreline, large and private backyard (including your own fishing pier!), fire pit for s'mores, and a covered outdoor living/dining area for BBQs and spectacular sunsets.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

With a coffee bar, covered patio, treehouse, swing set, basketball goal, games/puzzles, and more, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
