Comodo e tranquillo, con ampio e fruibile balcone a di 5 mq, vista e posizione esclusiva ed incantevole. Pratico parcheggio esterno, non custodito ma sicuro (caserme Loc.Pol/Carab), a 100 mt. Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.

Marina Holiday Home-Casa a 10 metri dalla spiaggia

Appartamento a picco sul mare, solo qualche gradino per raggiungere la piccola spiaggia sotto casa, grandi vetrate e grandi lucernari sul soffitto illuminano gli spazi. Rilassatevi sul terrazzino e godetevi il suono delle onde o gli spettacolari tramonti ogni sera diversi.
