A farmyard location in the midst of our highland home and in the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, at the foot of the famous Schiehallion. Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

Toradh ("To-rigg"), our beautifully constructed hand-built cabin is located on our working croft, 2 miles north of Spean Bridge, 11 miles north of Fort William. It is set in its own fully enclosed garden with stunning views over the Grey Corries, Ben Nevis & Aonach Mor. The cabin can sleep up to 4 guests in a kingsize bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen within the cabin and a spacious shed with laundry facilities to the exterior.

Serendipity Tiny House is designed for you to escape “normal” life and to get away from the hustle and bustle, especially for those who crave something a bit different. Built with the idea of bridging the gap between the indoors and the outside world, wake up to the peaceful sounds of the birds chirping in the nearby deciduous woodland. Whilst your coffee is brewing, step outside and remind yourself why you came here as you look at the spectacular views our tiny house has to offer.

The Wee Knoll

This peaceful and private location in the heart of the Highlands provides a great base for those who enjoy the outdoors or the peace and quiet to relax. It is the perfect spot for walking, cycling, fishing, skiing, water sports and wildlife spotting. It is a central point on the Great Glen Way meaning nothing is too far from here such as Loch Ness or Ben Nevis. It is also on the way to Skye meaning it provides a perfect stopover to recharge before carrying on through the Highlands.
