We have two acres fenced with plenty of room to park and security cameras on the outside. We are two miles from Willow Springs Racetrack, 20-30 minutes to Edwards Air Force Base, Mojave Air Space and Port, solar fields, wind farms, and close to hospitals for visiting nurses. We are also the same distance to Lancaster and Palmdale soccer and softball fields.

This property is 1 mile up a dirt road. The road can be steep and bumpy in places . We have had over 1200 people up here with no problems. This is just a disclaimer, so you are aware before you book. Some 100 years in the past when this now Ghost Town was bustling with 1000’s of people during the Gold Rush Days, this row house was a bordello. The cabin has all the comforts of home in one cozy 14’x16’ room with a TV, DVD player (some DVD’s provided), a refrigerator, a small propane stove/oven a toilet, sink, and a tub/shower. On the back porch is a propane BBQ grill where you can relax, cook your meal, and enjoy the view of the Main Street (Butte) which only is a short walk away.
