Keep it simple at this peaceful beach house. Drag the beach cart just a 5 minute stroll, for a paddle and a picnic down at the picturesque Wowly creek, . The property has plenty of off street parking, so park up the car, boat etc. Everything you need is just a short stroll away. This centrally located home is just a short, flat 450metres to the beach and creek and less than 1km to the local shops, specialty stores, fish&chips and cafes. Even local markets run regularly at the oval.

And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. Modern & cute beach house designed to accommodate a couple, or 1-2 families in comfort, through a combination of indoor and outdoor living areas. Two queen sized bedrooms and bunks for four. Pet friendly & secure fencing. Not really suitable for more than 4 adults, as bunk beds are more for little people. WI-FI and air-conditioning to ensure you enjoy your stay.
