Enjoy sitting outside on the wrap around deck where you will often see deer. Ebensburg is 2 miles away. St Francis University, & Mount Aloysius 15 mins. Altoona, Johnstown, and Indiana 20 to 30 mins. State College. 1 hr. The Ghost Town Trail out your backdoor. Park/playground, pickleball - walking distance.

The cabin is perfect for hunters and fishers, families, anyone who loves the outdoors, and anyone who just wants to escape for a bit.

You can bike, or walk along the beautiful river. Fifteen minute drive to Yellow Creek State Park. 25 minute drive to IUP, Saint Francis University and Mount Aloysious College.

Area colleges include, Saint Francis Univ, Mount Aloysius College, Univ of Pittsburgh Johnstown, Indiana Univ of Pa, Penn State Univ, and Penn State Altoona.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful retreat featuring a private pond and no neighbors. ADA friendly house on 30 acres surrounded by 630 acres of protected state game hunting lands. Main house recently completed full renovation. Landscaping and grounds maintenance still in progress but will not affect your stay. There is a 1 mile hiking trail loop on the property. Leave your worries behind and get lost in nature.

Beaver Valley Creekside（B单元）

Located on the border of Prince Gallitzin State Park. Directly next to the Glendale Association Soccer Fields and the Bollinger Trailhead which leads you directly to Glendale Lake. Short driving distance from all park facilities and the nearby towns of Coalport, Flinton and Patton. Multiple restaurants and gas stations within a few miles.
