Folly Road/RAF Mildenhall viewing area 5 minutes walk. Offroad parking. I am on the edge of the industrial estate, love the location as being noise sensitive strangely I find it quiet. Our beautiful town centre is a 10 minute walk which includes plenty of independent shops, restaurants and pubs all based on the flow of the Great River Ouse. Public transport is a 5 minute walk to travel into the centre of the historic city of Cambridge or Huntingdon both with train stations with direct links to London, Peterborough & more. We offer free on site parking with a driveway that can accommodate 3+ vehicles comfortably. Our home also offers an enclosed rear patio that includes a bbq.

The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.
