Located 15 mins from Burlington and 5mins from I-89 the location makes it convenient to enjoy Burlington while keeping the skiing/hiking/mountain biking destinations within an hours drive. It’s the perfect in-between spot.

Selkie’s Shed

This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Our mission is to create an atmosphere of tranquility, calmness and peace. We offer mother nature outside your door with easy access to all the activities you desire.

On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. The carriage house apartment is right in the heart of the historic village of Hyde Park, Vermont. It is tucked away at the end of a little lane and offers guests complete privacy. The house is surrounded by mature trees and perennial gardens with lovely southern and eastern exposure - lots of sunshine and gorgeous views. It is only minutes from the village as well as countless recreational opportunities including skiing, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, paddling and much more.

The Book Barn: Newly Renovated Guesthouse

Enjoy all Vermont has to offer in this bright, airy space minutes away from Burlington and the mountains. On 14 acres with a brook, it’s a short walk down a dirt road to a historic covered bridge and town common. Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays. Spectacular sunsets and hot air balloons are familiar sights. It doesn’t get much more Vermonty. *Note: No Cleaning Fee!

This first floor private room is centrally located near the Waterbury Park & Ride and within walking distance to downtown Waterbury. Burlington, Montpelier, Stowe Mountain Resort and Sugarbush are all within a 30 minute drive. The first floor room has its own entrance from your patio and includes a bathroom - additional features are a kitchenette-esque table setup including a microwave and a toaster oven, an infra-red sauna and an outdoor grill.
