Unique home overlooking quaint Camden Harbor. This property has a 4BR main house and a 2BR accessory apartment that may be rented together or separately. The entire house can sleep 15-17. Note: Accessory apt is ONLY available during summer vacation weeks when owners are away. From House, you can walk up the block to the public boat launch; here, you can launch your Kayak into the Harbor or enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking ocean.Beach is a 21min walk. As a guest you’ll be in the midst of our organic gardens, orchards, and meadows, and can request a site tour. Nearby: Camden State Park, Laite Beach, and famous Aldermere Farm. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

Close to Tanglewood Rd (4H camp) , Camden Hills State Park trails, and Lincolnville Beach(1 -2 miles). The area is quiet- yet just a few miles away from shopping and restaurants in Camden, Belfast, & Rockland.

A private half mile walk down the driveway will end at brick sidewalks leading you to Lincolnville Beach, one of Maine's stretches of sandy shoreline.
