1930's Stone Cottage with spectacular views

Enjoy a piece of history, this stone house was built in the 1930's. One of three that were part of Rimrock Ranch Bar Lazy-R, a "dude ranch" where VIPs and movie stars would stay as they were filming westerns in the Sedona area or relaxing. In the 60’s it was Mobster getaway hiding spot. The stone house sits elevated on a hillside with overlooking panoramic views of forestry land, local homes & farms, with scenic pinions. Quiet safe neighborhood in the heart of the Verde Valley. National Park theme. Dog friendly (up to 30 lbs, can make exceptions), but see house rules for requirements. It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood. I do live here and take great care of my home.
