Village & country paradise in UNESCO heritage site

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

A private one bedroom stone cottage, with a salt water pool, with stunning panoramic views of Sóller, and the surrounding Tramuntana mountains. The Casita is only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Soller Town, which gives the perfect mix of mountain seclusion and town living. Fast and consistent Wifi, A/C, king sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, TV, BBQ, wood stove, towels, linen and washing machine. The Casita has everything that you would need for the perfect getaway.

Rodeado de montañas y con vistas al mar es ideal para actividades de senderismo o para pasar la tarde nadando en una preciosa calita a 5 minutos en coche. Aquí podrà venir a disfrutar de una tranquilidad inigualable en que los únicos ruidos que escuchara será el viento entre los arboles o las olas del mar.

ATENCION: Por imperativo legal (ley 2/2016 de 30 de marzo), se recauda la ecotasa para el gobierno balear. 2 euro por persona y noche, solo mayores de 16 años.

Es un lugar ideal para la gente que ame la naturaleza, los animales y quiera conocer un poco más la tradición y cultura mallorquina.
