The House is a traditional, south-facing, sandstone cottage which retains many of its original features. In addition to 2 bedrooms, the House benefits from a lounge, conservatory style-dining room and separate TV room. The House is ideally located a 5-minute walk from both Brodick village and the popular Auchrannie Spa. On site parking is available and upto 2 pets are welcome. An external security camera monitors the driveway. However, it is only operational when the property is vacant.

The entrance leads into the living room with a kitchen extension to the rear this follows onto a private sitting area outside at the back of the cottage. Heating throughout the cottage is electric with flame effect fire in the living room.
