Close to Route 93 and several attractions. *This apartment is an addition to a house which may be rented out at the same time. ** Located 15 minutes south of Loon Mountain and 15 minutes north of Waterville Valley. Welcome to the Southside. Bright and clean 1 bedroom. It is close to Loon Mountain, Canon Mountain, Waterville Valley ski areas. Great base for your Ice castles, kayaking the pemi, Biking or hiking the White Mountains. Host has allergies so service animals create a health issue

Sapling Yurt

A short walk through the garden brings guests to this backyard yurt which was handcrafted on a New Hampshire family farm out of many species of local saplings. The handmade door and large skylight let in lots of natural light; you'll rise and set with the sun and watch the stars from the full-size bed. Two small single-sized floor mattresses fold up to make low chairs. A counter, fridge, and sink allow guests to make simple meals.
