Discover Paris from the heart of the famous Republique neighborhood with this 1 room apartment. You will be close to the hypercenter of Paris in few steps, 5 metro stations are close by, few bus lines as well to make you feel like a real Parisian. On the 1st floor overlooking a green and florish inner court, you will enjoy the light all day long in the very quiet flat. Lounge/Kitchen : When entering you will enjoy the main room offering a lounge space and the open kitchen that provides all the necessary comfort to make your homemade french meals. All the electronic necessary appliances are available, induction cooktops, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, boiler, coffee machine, washing machine. All is there to make you feel at home. The high quality sofa bed will provide you a great comfort for your sleep at the end of the day. The bedroom/bathroom : It offers a large bed (140x200) including a bathroom with a bathtub. The toilet are separated from all rooms. Towels and linen are furnished. The neighborhood : On few steps of the flat building you will have everything needed to arrange your stay, several supermarkets opened all day long, bakeries, food stores, nice cafes and bistrots restaurants, the market will welcome you twice a week. The flat is located close by 5 metro lines (Republique) that will transport you to the main attractions in a short time. The Marais will be at 15 minutes walking distance, the Bastille area, Oberkampf and the canal Saint Martin only few minutes, Notre-Dame, Le Louvre will be 20 minutes away with the metro, The Eiffel tower area and Champs Elysees in 25 minutes. The flat is just waiting for you to make you feel like a real parisian !!
