Your temporary home at the foot of the Lakes Region and amongst many ski areas is an hour from the White Mountains, Boston, and New Hampshire’s beautiful seacoast. There are endless places to explore within a short driving distance, no matter the season. The cottage has its own entrance and parking across a large garden from our home. We are available or invisible, whichever you prefer. Come enjoy all that New Hampshire has to offer!

Less than mile from the beautiful lake Winnisquam for summer fun and close to gunstock and other mountains to ski/snowboard in the winter. The Snowmobile trail is at the end of the road for more winter fun. In the perfect spot close to everything but private and peaceful. Whether a quiet weekend getaway or a fun filled family summer trip you can do it here.

Peaceful Glamping on private Beaver pond

We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.

A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

Explore the lake on our 4 person commercial grade peddle boat (the unsinkable kind. Not plastic.) We have 2 sit in style kayaks. Dock in 5/15 - 10/15 .
