This charming villa, situated in the heart of Wainui, is full of character. With panoramic views overlooking Akaroa Harbour and the surrounding hills, this is a superb spot to relax and unwind. Come and enjoy the unique environment any time of year. This spacious family home has 4 (+1) bedrooms, a kitchen/living room with a large log burner, and another living/dining room with an open fire, both opening onto the veranda. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in stunning Iveagh Bay just 4kms from Moana. Mt Te Kinga is right on our doorstep for those who enjoy hiking and bush walks. The lake is perfect for water sports year round! Enjoy a weekend or longer stay and base yourself here to explore the untamed WC and all she has to offer. Well behaved pooches are welcome! *The property is not fully fenced and has a small creek out the back. The secret is out...Iveagh Bay is where you need to be!

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This secluded hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. A quiet and private oasis overlooking native bush on our farm in Banks Peninsula. A unique, off the grid experience in our warm (centrally heated) and luxurious, brand new caravan. Gaze at the stars in your own little paradise whilst soaking in our private outdoor bath and/or enjoy exploring the spectacular bays around Banks Peninsula. Our 1/2 acre section is fully fenced so that your pet (if bringing) can roam freely. Even though we are off grid, we have great internet access (fast WIFI).
