The bath features a double vanity, tub for two and modern shower. A full size laundry set is tucked near the back door. The back yard features a cedar pergola with hot tub, a seating area and gas BBQ grill.

Greener Pastures is a newly renovated cozy 3 bedroom home nestled in the heart of Canyon, three blocks from the square, 5 minutes from WTAMU and 15 minutes to the Palo Duro Canyon. While it may be older, it is clean and very cute! At Greener Pastures you can enjoy a large back yard and covered patio with friends and family!! Relax on hammocks, play on an oversized Connect Four or even a game of Bocce Ball. In the evening sit under the lights and enjoy a fire.

The home includes 3 bedrooms/2 baths. The fully fenced backyard and dreamy back porch transports you to peace and serenity. Your dogs will have plenty of space to run and play.
